OEM / Custom Plastic Manufacturing
Plastic OEM manufacturing from drawings, samples, and project requirements
IBPlastic supports B2B plastic part development from initial project information through process selection, tooling, trial parts, and repeat production. Each project is evaluated according to part geometry, material requirements, use conditions, and expected production volume.

Capabilities
Choose the manufacturing route that fits the part
Long parts with a continuous cross-section are typically evaluated for plastic extrusion. Discrete parts with detailed geometry may be better suited to injection molding. Tooling is developed around the selected material, geometry, and production method.
- Plastic extrusion for profiles, tubes, channels, trims, and continuous sections
- Injection molding for repeatable molded plastic components
- Mold and tooling development for extrusion and injection projects
Project input
Start with the information you already have
A project can begin from a 2D or 3D drawing, an existing part, a sample profile, reference images, or a written performance requirement. The clearer the intended use and critical dimensions are, the easier it is to evaluate materials and manufacturing constraints.
- Drawing, sample, image, or reference part
- Critical dimensions, assembly points, and tolerances
- Material preference or performance requirement
- Estimated order quantity and repeat-production plan
Workflow
From project review to production
We review the part, select a suitable process, develop tooling where required, confirm trial parts against the agreed requirements, and then move into production. Commercial details such as tooling scope, trial requirements, and production quantity are confirmed per project rather than assumed from a fixed standard package.
